biocon has been known for decades as a manufacturer of a wide variety of medical tube systems and procedure packs for ophthalmology, not only in Germany and Europe but also worldwide. During the production of our medical products, the highest hygienic requirements for the production rooms have to be ensured. Trained, experienced and engaged employees manufacture the biocon products in Mönchberg in our ISO class 8 clean rooms. The assurance of these quality requirements is regularly monitored. Our products are single packed in sterile packages for subsequent EO sterilization either with our packaging machine or in sterile bags. Sterilization is performed externally by a certified service provider using a validated process that is regularly checked. All production steps are documented. We attach very great importance to quality controls; they far exceed the legal requirements.
