General data processing information

Affected data: Personal data is only collected if you communicate it to us yourself. Apart from that, no personal data is collected. Any processing of your personal data that goes beyond the scope of the statutory permission is only possible on the basis of your express consent. In addition, we process data provided for the performance of the contract; if necessary, additional data for processing based on your express consent and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history) from our customers, suppliers and business partners for the purpose of providing contractual services, service and customer care. Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Processing purpose: Contract execution / business relationship

Categories of recipients: Public authorities in the event of priority legislation, External service providers or other contractors, other external bodies in so far as the data subject has given his consent or a transmission is permitted due to a prevailing interest.

Third-country transfers: As part of contractual execution, processors could also be used outside the European Union.

Duration of data storage: The personal data of the data subject shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract. In all other cases, the duration of data storage is based on the statutory retention obligations and is usually 10 years.

Processing of data when visiting our website

When visitors call up our website, the IP addresses of these visitors are recorded by our Webhostig contract partner and stored in log files. The IP addresses of visitors to our websites are stored for a maximum of seven days for the purpose of detecting and defending against attacks. In the log files, the host name or IP address of the client calling up our website is anonymized.

Contact us by e-mail

If you send us an e-mail, we collect, store and process your data only to the extent necessary for the processing of your requests and for correspondence with you. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. 
We would like to point out that when sending e-mails, data transmission via the Internet is partly unsecured and the data could therefore theoretically be accessed or falsified by unauthorized persons. 

Rights of the user / the person concerned

As a user, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data processed restricted or deleted. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Data deletion

Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
